Congratulatory messages
Congratulatory Messages can be organised by the office for
90th and 100th Birthday celebrations as well as 50th and
60th Wedding
Anniversaries from the Prime Minister's Office as well as
from John Forrest.
In addition for 100th Birthdays and Diamond Wedding Anniversaries
a message from the Queen will be arranged.
To facilitate this, a letter is required prior to the event
detailing the date of the anniversary, names of the people involved
and where you would like the letters to go to and by what date.
A copy of a Birth or Marriage Certificate is also required to
be sent with the letter. If this is unavailable, a Statutory
Declaration will be accepted.

Flags
Australian Flags are available from the office for non-profit
groups, sporting clubs, service clubs, Ex-service Clubs and schools.
To obtain a flag, please put your request in writing to PO Box
487, Swan Hill 3585, with details of your requirements and how
the flag will be used.
Student exchange kit
Students travelling overseas can obtain a kit from the office. To arrange a travel kit please put your request in
writing to PO Box 487, Swan Hill 3585, advising where the student
will be travelling and when the kit is required by.
